Founded in 2020, Alliance CFM has built a reputation for technical excellence, trusted service delivery and proactive customer support. Our engineers are fully qualified, registered and insured, with extensive experience across a wide range of systems, from everyday boiler repairs to large commercial installations. We are problem solvers. Whether it is a minor repair or a complete system installation, we provide practical solutions tailored to each client’s requirements. We also support energy efficient technologies and renewable heating options where suitable.

Daniel Allwood
Technical Director
I started my career through an apprenticeship with a great boss who taught me the ropes and made sure that everything I did was to a high standard.
This is something I have taken with me throughout my career. I’m also very excited to see how far we as a country can go with using renewable energy to heat up our homes.
In my free time I love to get out on the golf course, I enjoy a good gym session and putting my feet up to watch the football.
Harry Denison
Domestic Services Director
I left school and went straight into a plumbing and heating apprenticeship, so now have over 25 years experience in plumbing and heating. I love my job, everyday is different and you get a great sense of satisfaction helping people with plumbing and heating issues!
Everyday you learn something new and I’m looking forward to getting involved with renewable heating and the future of plumbing. In my spare time I love coaching, playing and watching football, plus traveling and eating well with the family!
Mandy Alberry
Office Manager
My early career was in Accounting, working for large multinational companies. I used that experience to set up and run my own successful floristry business, but after selling that company 5 years ago, I am now keeping busy helping the Alliance CFM team by running the office, keeping our ISO certification up to date and setting up the service systems.
I have recently started playing golf, which I love, and can often be seen up on the Ridgeway walking with Labrador Harley, or in my garden.
Shane Hancock
Plumber
My passion for plumbing started when I was at college doing plumbing on my days off. After doing this for a few years I decided to take it further and start working in a plumbing merchant where I learnt all about domestic and commercial plumbing and heating. After 6 years I took the leap to join Alliance where I can use my knowledge and skills in the industry.
When I’m not working you can find me at rugby or airsoft and exploring new places in my free time.
Marcus Knott
Plumber
I joined Alliance as an apprentice to start my career as a heating engineer, over the years I have gained a lot of knowledge and have been able to complete various jobs to the high standards set.
I’m excited to continue learning and expanding my knowledge to help find solutions.
In my spare time I enjoy getting to the gym, resting and watching football or catching up with mates.
Doreen Emerton
Admin Assistant
My first job when I left school was to work in Reading Telephone exchange, because I was refused a position as a police lady as I was too short. , Over the years I have held a few positions, owning my own marketing agency for over 10 years. I enjoy being on the phone and helping people.
I enjoy working with Alliance CFM, as the Engineers and Office Staff go out of their way to make a plumbing issue with clients, easy and less stressful. So I feel its great to be a part of their team. In my spare time, I support animal charities, love my garden and animals.
