Alliance CFM recently attended a commercial site to service and clean two 115kW boilers, carrying out planned maintenance on both boilers as part of the site’s heating maintenance programme.
With each boiler rated at 115kW, the installation has a combined boiler capacity of 230kW. Servicing both boilers during the same visit allowed the condition of each to be assessed and the required maintenance and cleaning to be carried out across the installation.
Servicing Two 115kW Commercial Boilers
Commercial boiler systems typically operate at a much larger scale than those found in domestic properties.
On this site, both 115kW boilers were serviced and cleaned. Maintaining each boiler is important where multiple boilers contribute to the building’s available heating capacity, as the condition of one boiler can affect the resilience of the overall installation.
